Warranty and Limited Remedy. B9Creations, LLC (“B9Creations”) warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the Warranty Period, at our sole option and to the extent permitted by law, B9Creations shall: (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished parts; (2) exchange the product for a functionally equivalent new or reconditioned product; or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Where, in our sole determination, the valid claim covers a user-installable part, B9Creations may provide a new or reconditioned part to you in fulfillment of our warranty obligation. Parts or products repaired or replaced under this warranty assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary in different jurisdictions. To obtain warranty service, please email mikej at b9creator dot com.
Exclusion to Warranty: Subject to exclusions contained herein, this Limited Warranty applies only to B9Creations hardware. It does not apply to a non-B9Creations hardware including, but not limited to, any accompanying third-party projector, even if packaged or sold with B9Creations products. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any software distributed with this product. The vat release coating is considered a consumable item, sold “AS IS”, and not subject to this Limited Warranty.
B9CREATIONS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, damage caused by electrical power surge, or operation in ways not recommended or authorized by B9Creations.
Limitation of Liability. Except where prohibited by law, B9Creations will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
